Shipping policy
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your parcel. The prices below are a guide:
UK shipping

| Up to 500g | £4.70 |
Standard delivery is tracked usually takes 2-4 working days to arrive.
Please allow more time for your items during very busy periods (e.g. December). Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch so you can keep an eye on your parcel's progress.
International shipping
Unfortunately due to new GSPR regulations, we are no longer able to ship to the EU.
Update 13/08: Due to new tariffs and shipping regulations, we are sadly no longer able to ship to the US.

Turnaround times
Most of the things in my shop are ready-made and so are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days. You will see an estimated delivery time at checkout - this is calculated automatically and doesn't take into account any delays with the postal service.
Please note: personalised items can take up to two weeks to dispatch. If your order includes personalised or customised items, it will only be posted when all items are ready.
