Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
When your order arrives, I truly hope you fall in love with it! But I completely understand things don't always go according to plan or you might change your mind, so we accept returns on any non-custom/personalised items as long as they're in a resellable condition.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as they are unused/in their original condition and packaging (e.g. for prints and stickers, this means the seal/sticker on the cellophane packet must be unbroken).
If you would like to return any part of your order, first please contact me so that I know to expect your parcel.
Items will need to be returned via tracked delivery and you must get proof of postage. I am unable to cover your return postage costs, unless the item is incorrect/faulty.
As soon as I've received your return and as long as items are in their original condition, a refund (minus postage costs) will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note: personalised items and custom-painted gifts are bespoke items and are therefore non-returnable.

Damages and issues
Please be assured that I always hand-pack items well with bubble wrap, tissue paper and use a sturdy mailing box or jiffy to post your order.
But if the worst should happen and your item arrives damaged or is otherwise faulty, please contact me straight away to arrange a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
